
The Studio Policies
At The Studio we pride ourselves on creating a safe and clean space that fosters growth, respect and creativity. For that reasons our policies are strictly enforced and we require each renter to read and agree to them before booking. Thank you for helping us keep our space a wonderful place to be.
Summary of Rules

No smoking in or within 10 feet of doors/windows including vaping

No recreational drug use

Alcohol must follow state guidelines for permits/licenses

Be respectful of other creatives & surrounding businesses

Clean up after yourself and your guests/clients

If you break it/damage it, you buy it.

Make sure to include your set up and tear down time in your rental time.

Must add us as an additionally insured to your insurance policy (we can walk you thru this, it's pretty easy and inexpensive)

We currently don't charge a cleaning fee, but we will if we deem it necessary.

The Studio Co-Working Space Policy
We are excited to have you as part of our co-working community. Please review the following policies to help us maintain a productive and enjoyable environment for everyone.

1. Booking & Access:
- Your booking grants access to all shared areas, including desks, lounge space, and the kitchenette, during business hours for one person.
- Please use your assigned access credentials responsibly and do not share them with others.
2. Workspace Etiquette:
- Be respectful of others by keeping noise levels low, especially when taking phone calls.
- Headphones are encouraged for any audio content.
- Desks are first-come, first-served. Please remove personal items when you leave for the day.
3. Guests & Meeting Areas:
- Guests are not allowed during co-working time. If you wish to rent the meeting area, a separate booking is required.
- Meeting rooms must be reserved in advance and vacated promptly at the end of your booking.
-Monthly members have unlimited hours to co-working with the exception of private scheduled meeting or events.
4. Cleanliness:
-Help us maintain a clean and welcoming environment by tidying up after yourself, especially in the kitchenette. Please remove any perishables from the fridge within 24 hours.
-Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance issues to our team right away so we can address them promptly.
-Always restore the space to its original condition, including returning furniture to its proper place.
-Repeated failure to follow our cleanliness policy may result in loss of booking privileges and additional cleaning fees.
5. Prohibited Activities:
- Smoking, vaping and any recreational drugs are strictly prohibited in or in close proximity to The Studio.
- Smoking, candles, sage, vapes inside the space are strictly prohibited. including but not limited to bathrooms.
- Activities that conflict with The Studio’s values (violent or adult content creation) are not permitted.
6. Liability & Personal Property:
- The Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items.
- Renters are responsible for any damages they cause to property or equipment.

The Studio Private Meeting/Event Space Policy
Thank you for choosing The Studio for your event! To ensure a smooth experience, please review the following policies:
1. Booking & Payment:
- Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your event date.
- Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 72 hours of the event are non-refundable.
- Please add Faith Hovde as an additional insured on either your business insurance or home insurance or purchase event insurance.
2. Event Setup & Cleanup:
- Your rental time includes both setup and cleanup, please make sure to allow yourself enough time to ensure the space is returned to its original condition, including rearranging furniture.
- All decorations, supplies, and personal items must be removed at the end of your event. Additional fees may apply if the space is not left as found.
- Non damaging adhesive only on walls and furniture.
3. Catering & Refreshments:
- Outside food and beverages are permitted. Alcohol is allowed with proper permit but must comply with all local laws. No underage drinking is permitted.
- Please clean up all food-related messes and dispose of waste properly.
4. Guest Conduct & Noise:
- All guests are expected to behave respectfully. Noise levels must remain reasonable to avoid disturbing other tenants or neighbors.
- The Studio reserves the right to end any event early if behavior becomes disruptive or unsafe. If we deem this necessary, no refund will be given.
5. Prohibited Activities:
- Smoking,vaping, recreational drugs in or around The Studio are strictly prohibited. Smoking/vaping is permitted at least 10ft from doors
-No candles/smoke machines
- Activities that conflict with The Studio’s values, such as adult content creation, are not permitted.
6. Damage & Liability:
- The renter assumes responsibility for any damages caused by themselves or their guests during the event.
- The Studio is not liable for any injuries, lost items, or damages to personal property.

7. Additional Considerations:
- Events must adhere to agreed-upon start and end times. Overtime will result in additional charges.
- All events must comply with local laws and ordinances, including capacity limits and safety regulations.
